You can watch from an assortment of three different viewing angels as Master Jim flows through all the movements of the form. Or you can view groups of individual movements of the overall form so that you can follow along. Instructional audio is supplied to assist you as you progress through the movements.
A special Looped Learning concept has been applied to the DVD to benefit viewers following along with the movements. The Looped Learning concept allows you to view each movement repeatedly while placing a brief pause in between loopings, allowing you time to reset your body and stance back to the beginning of the series.
